Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles

depending on the size of the mold for about 6-8 pieces

250 g double cream cheese
75 g sour cream
90 g powdered sugar
75 ml whole milk
about 100-150 g fresh sprinkled strawberries without green

Cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar and milk in a food processor, blender or Blender and mix briefly until everything is thoroughly mixed (alternatively in a high mixing bowl and short with the puree creamy mixture.) Then simply add the strawberries to the mixture and mix until the desired consistency is achieved. I wanted to have a few more bits in it and therefore did not stir too long.
Distribute the mixture evenly onto cold rinsed dishes.
Place the molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for 1 hour, then insert the wooden handles into the ice cream and Allow the ice to freeze completely for another 4-5 hours.
To simply release the ice from the mold, just let some hot water flow along the sides of the mold - the ice will slip out of the mold.
